Our Policies
Reservations
Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
A deposit of 30% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
Deposit must be made within two calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.
Check In
14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

Children
Crib/cots and high chairs for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
Payments
Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to reveriesuites@gmail.com
Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
Cancellation requests received less than 21 days will receive no refund.
'Non-shows' your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
Early departures
If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will NOT receive a refund.
Cleaning
Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
Daily cleaning is provided for all rooms/studios.
Linens are changed every three days, and towels every second day, unless you request otherwise.
General Policies
We don't accept pets
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our rooms. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
